Working with someone who isn't next door

- A free 20-minute chat by phone or video, whichever you'd prefer. We ask what you do, who your customers are and what you want the site to do.
- A sketch of your homepage. We email it or share it on a call. You tell us what you like and what to change.
- A private link to follow progress. You open it on your own phone as we build, so you see exactly what your customers will see.
- Launch. We set up your domain and Google, and then it's live. We make any tweaks free for the first 30 days.
Nothing here needs us in the same room. When it helps to meet, we do meet in person around Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Brandon, Mildenhall, Diss, Watton and Attleborough.
You take no risk on the design
The biggest worry when you hire a designer you've only spoken to is "What if I don't like it?" So we've turned that around. You see a real design of your homepage first. If you don't love it, you don't pay. The deposit is only taken after you've said yes.
You also own everything at the end: the code, the domain name and your content. If you ever want to move on, you take it all with you.

Our promise: you see a real design of your homepage before we build anything. If you don't love it, you don't pay. We only ask for the deposit after you've said yes to the design.
You pay half once you've approved your homepage design and half when your site is live, or split it into three monthly payments. There are no monthly bills, and the website, the web address and everything on it belong to you. Most sites go live in 2 to 4 weeks, and we make any small tweaks free for 30 days after launch.

Are you based in Diss?
No. We're based in Thetford, and we meet people in person around Diss as well as Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Brandon, Mildenhall, Watton and Attleborough. Most of what we do can also be done on the phone or a video call.
How do I see the design if we never meet?
We send you your homepage design, and you can look at it on your own phone or computer. Once we start building, you get a private preview link that updates as we go.
Do I pay anything before I've seen the design?
No. The deposit is only taken after you have approved the design. If you don't love it, you don't pay.
How long does it take?
A one-page site takes about a week. Most sites take 2 to 4 weeks. It depends mostly on how quickly we get your photos and words.
